Are the crops tight fitting?

The 'fitted crop top' listings are snug. If you prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up or browsing our 'flowy crop top' listings.

Do you offer expedited/rush shipping?

We do! During checkout you will see many different shipping choices with expected delivery times.
If you need it by a certain date please leave a note in the designated field during checkout so we can make sure to get it done in time.
Please also feel free to message us with any questions or to check if we can meet your deadline.

When making a custom crop, can I add a photo or do you do text only?

We can only add images that are basic designs (think the Starbucks logo, or the Pepsi logo) anything that has solid colors and not a lot of tiny details. We can not print photographs or anything with blended colors (the colored Instagram logo) shadowing, and tiny details. If you want anything other than text please message us first to make sure we can print your design, I'd hate to have to cancel the order because it's something we're incapable of making. We have printed lots of images for customers though so please don't hesitate to message us!

What is your processing time?

We take 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday) to make the shirts from the day you placed an order. Please keep in mind this is just the time to make and ship out the shirt. There is still transit time (the time to deliver the package once it's left us). Please consider this when choosing a shipping method during checkout if you need your shirt by a certain date.

My package was never delivered even though tracking says it was/I never received my package, what do I do?

In the unfortunate event that this may happen, the best thing to do is to contact your local carrier (whichever was responsible for the delivery) and see if they may know anything about what could've happened to your package. Once we drop off your package to the mail carrier it is out of our control.

I put the wrong address, what can I do?

If we haven't shipped out your order yet, please message us and we can easily correct the address mistake. Once we've shipped out the package though there is nothing we can do. Please double-check all of your info before placing the order to make sure everything is correct.

Can I see a preview of what the shirt will look like first?

We provide mock-ups to every customer after purchase. We can not provide mock-ups before purchase as they take a lot of time and effort, we try to make the shirts exactly as you envision. We offer unlimited revisions so please don't hesitate to tell us if you want to change something about it. We ask that you please watch for your messages as we will try and contact you for the approval of the design. Not getting approval may result in a delay in making the shirt. The sooner you approve the mock-up the sooner we can fulfill the order.

I received the shirt and something is wrong, what can I do?

If we made any mistake with the design please send us a message right away and we can resolve any issue. If we see that you've had the shirt for more than a week after delivery there may be nothing we can do to help, but please message us regardless.
